Will Julies in black stretch?

I've been wanting another pair of black skinnies FOREVER since my old Levi's stretched out too much. Just wondering if I could size down in a pair of black Julies

I dont really get the question (or statement) but I think that stellas are nicer on females :] just my opinion though lol

my julie feels like it runs small already. i wouldn't recommend sizing down.
