I've never seen them smaller than 28.. well not for me (im a 32 :/) Anyways they are mostly logan, micky, and marco (slim styles)

THey DO make smaller sizes than 28.
MUCH smaller.
Prior it was for the Asian markets but they have recently begun supplying more smaller sizes to the US market.
Get used to seeing more supply.

wow, i never knew ANY mens jeans came in smaller than 28. That's pretty awesome though, as my hubby always has a hard time finding clothes to fit, mostly shirts (he's small, although not THAT small).
