are these true religion joey jeans real?

There are seven pictures of them:
Auctiva Image Hosting

they are size 24 "dark wash." the seller says "they are a little short, perhaps hemmed, but uknown."

measurements:
waist=26"
rise=6.5"
inseam=29"
ankle=16"
hips=17"
thighs=9"

I read some guides to telling if tr's are fake and these seem to be okay, but I wanted to check first with the experts. Thanks!!

I'm pretty short - 5'1" - so the idea of the jeans being hemmed doesn't really bother me, but do you think the hemming in the pictures looks ok? I don't want them to fit awkwardly because of bad hemming. Thanks for your input!

I have those and they are not tts imo, they are super flared at the bottom!

I stayed my normal size in these and they fit well. I would highly recommend going by measurements if you can get them. And they are not any more flared than any other Joey IMO.

Dont frickin worry about the hems, they look fine.

Not original hems but no big deal...
