Since leaving each other mutual negative feedback, killertrash has continued to contact me over and over accusing me of not returning her goddamn jeans! This has been going on for weeks, and now I get this e-mail from her via SquareTrade, of all people:

"We would like the feedback removed by Monday. If the feedback is not removed we will do a chargback on our credit card by which the case will be resolved. Since we never received merchandise in our hands returned by which we signed for it! My credit card company states buyer would need to to send info by which I needed to sign foe confirmation received! Buyer returned an item they state but it was never signed for by me or my corporation. Buyer received a refund via paypal.com yet blasts us and calls us a liar 3 months later in feedback! We are trying to resolve but buyer refuses to remove. Unless buyer has proof I signed for the package by which that is what my credit card company wants! And we both know if a chargeback is done asap at paypal.com the funds will be reversed from buyer! We are done with games! The choice is yours! You should have called to find out the truth! Then you have the nerve to call us a liar and thief in feedback! That is not polite!"

What the hell do I do now?? She's a psycho, yes, but I only can find proof of my first return, not the second one. And about requiring signature confirmation, she knows full well I didn't send the package with that! I want to let me feedback stand, but I am not sure I'm willing to let her steal $40+ over it!!!!

Yeah, whatever happened to the original payment you sent? Was it ever refunded properly in paypal? If not it can still be chargedback. Don't remove that neg. This is crazy. Tell Squaretrade you don't want to mediate and don't want to be contacted again.

In looking at my Paypal account, it looks like she filed TWO claims against me:

1. Sept 8 - unauthorized (i.e., someone else accessed her account and sent the refund to me) - case closed
2. Sept 16 - nonreceipt (claiming that I didn't mail the jeans back to her) - deferred

What does "deferred" mean, anyway? Is this an open dispute? I haven't gotten any Paypal e-mails about this one. Does this just mean that she is putting it on ice while she attempts to extort a neg withdrawal?

When you shipped the jeans back to her didnt you get a receipt? If not maybe if you paid the Post office with a credit card/ debit card or used paypal shipping label you can go back and prove you sent the jeans to her.

Problem!!! Citibank says it has been so long (4 1/2 months!) since I sent the original payment that a chargeback would require an investigation by their Billing Disputes dept, which is closed at the moment. As for proof of mailing, I was unable to so the second return via the usps.com website and can't find the receipt from the in-person post office transaction. However, I do have my credit card statement showing the charge from the return of the second pair. Could the reference number for the transaction indicate the destination zip code, thereby supplying the proof of return mailing?
