Hello everyone, my name is James and over the past year I've started going to thrift stores looking for designer clothes. Today at a Goodwill store I found a pair of men's 7 For All Mankind jeans, and I bought them despite a strange triple diamond back pocket design which gives me a somewhat foppish appearance when I wear them, but I figured, it's 7 For All Mankind, I might as well get them. Does anyone know what the name of this style is? I tried to look in the Men's A-pocket sticky but all the pictures are gone. The closest picture I found to this is in the Flynt, Hefner, Kate, etc all-in-one sticky, under "Special Pockets" the "Green Crystal Argyle" and "Leather Argyle" shown here http://static.flickr.com/107/275763752_d040d13433.jpg http://static.flickr.com/106/305029756_52deb71109.jpg
These are the same size diamonds on the pair I found today, except on it there are three diamonds stacked vertically and overlapping each other, the bottom diamond white, middle one light blue denim, and the top one dark blue denim. There are also six lines of criss-cross stitching going across the whole of each pocket.
The style printed on the tag is T521061U-061U. I looked in the style number sticky and found some various Chicago and New York names, but when I looked up each on google I only found them with normal pockets and saw no pictures of triple diamonds.
I'm pretty sure the pair I have is authentic too as I looked at the metal security strip under a magnifying glass and there are small dark numeral 7s there, as well as 7s on the backs of the rivets, style number printed not stitched, etc. Counterfeits wouldn't have those small 7s only seen a magnifier would they? And if a counterfeiter is going to go to all that trouble to put the tiny 7s there wouldn't they try for a more iconic back pocket design also instead of one that makes someone think "hey what is this?".
