Okay, I just got these in the mail! The fabric is VERY soft and light. Would be a perfect summer jean. Sizing consensus: runs at least a half size large, probably about the same as most newer styles. The patch is plastic with cloth stitched animals. Argh, they are so cute but too big on me so they will be in the mall later. The waist on these 27s is 15.5", so that's definitely more like a 28. If the waist were smaller, I'd probably keep them. Anyway, some pics for reference:

| | | crystal_tommy: I lucked out and managed to snatch them on eBay. I considered shrinking them, but they would probably stretch back out since they are stretch jeans. I usually take a 14.5" waist, so I decided to just let it go.

| | Cute! I tried them on recently and they ran big for me too. They only had a 24 and they fit, just tight in the waist. But the inseam was too short! 30" is usually perfect for me but I'm guessing these were a little shorter (maybe b/c they were a 24?). |
