I mentioned this in a previous post. You all informed me that the bottom hems were cut off. I didn't notice it and it wasn't mentioned in the pics. I guess it was my fault for not noticing, but now the seller emails me and tells me... i want to let you know that the button above the zipper is loose. please let me know if you would still like me ship them out to you or not? if so, i will ship them out immediately. thanks!
and then I ask: Hi I just got your message. Thanks for letting me know. Is the button likely to pop off or is it just loose? Also, I can't really tell from the pics, but are the bottom hems gone? Thanks!
and she responds: Yes, the hems are cut off so the bottoms have a unique look with little frays. The button was a little loose to begin with, but when i recieved them back it looks as if it is likely to pop off. i went to a alterarion shop today and they said they could fix it but it would not be the original button, but that i could buy a button of my choice and they will put it on for 5 dollars. anyways, besides the button and if you dont mind the hems, the jeans are fine, only worn three times, and there the dark havana color. please let me know what you think, and feel free to ask more questions. sorry for the wait and inconvenience, i can ship them out tomorow usps priority 2 day mail.
I'm assuming she's giving me the option of backing out. I really like the jeans, but I'm afraid that with all the fixing I'll have to do it won't be worth it...but then again, these don't often come in my size on ebay. What do you guys think?

| | i never read your original post on these jeans.. but i personally cannot stand when the hems are cut off like that. i wouldn't wear them for that factor alone.
well, maybe for house cleaning or yard work..  |

Too much work? | no.. that's an excellent idea .. it's no different than when altering an inseam via the cutting method. (as shown on my ebay guide!  ) .. just try to match the best that you can. |

Are buttons just snapped on or is there a hole? This is the part I'm worried about.
