cracked and peeling 7 for all mankind on inner waistband

Hi can anyone help. Is it normal for the seven for all mankind bootcut to crack and peel? Part of the m and the l have peeled right off. Everything else looks fine . The seller said they were from bloomingdales in 2011 and supposedly new.

This is a serious question? The paint in the inside label is wearing away??

Its normal. Happens to varying degrees depending.

Im so greatful for your response, yes its the words 7 for all mankind bootcut on the inner waistband. Im afraid that in time more might come off. There is now only one l remaining in all of 7 for all mankind. I cant understand this when they are suppose to be new. Do you still think they are the real deal ? All the rest of the jean inc rivets, zips, tags and craftsmanship are all perfect

So what if more comes off? Who sees inside the waistband of your jeans?

No one can verify if they are real or not, without pictures.
Of the jeans, and the tags. Not the peeling paint.

Hi I know what you mean with the pics but unable to forward any at this time . Im hoping what your saying with the peeling paint is correct - im not bothered so much that no one else will see it its more the fact that I wanted an authentic pair of jeans. the rest of the jeans are almost identical to my others so I guess from what I understand from you that the peeling paint is normal and not to worry x

But what is great about jeans is that they get over time and you can see how they get better after wash.

You NEED to post pictures for us to determine authenticity. You don't need to "forward" any; just upload them on photobucket.com, tinypic.com, or imageshack.us, and post them here if you really care whether they are genuine or counterfeit. That is all.

Use tinypic.com -- easier for beginners.
