Hemming Rockers outcome?

I did a quick search and didn't see anything on the topic, so I'm sorry if this has already been covered a million times.

I love the idea of the rocker cut. However, I need a shorter inseam (30 or 31ish) and was wondering if anyone anyone has done it or if going that short would defeat the purpose of the cut. Does anyone have any experience they'd like to share?

I have had mine hemmed to 31/32 and the fit was the same for me, i did it with the older rockers styles not the new ones

I have had mine hemmed to about 31.5" and you can't tell. I would guess it would depend on the wash, but I can't think of any in particular that would be affected.

yeah, as others have said, no problem at all, you will loose a bit of the flare but there should still be plenty

Hi! I've had Soho and VSP rockers hemmed up to 30.5"/31" (w/ heels for me). The slim flare remains in both cases.

anytime hun, and just fyi, VSP ran hella small for me.. i couldn't get a sz 27 past my thighs! and i have small thighs

i don't know if it was an off pair or what but be sure to ask for measurements

soho is tts to 1/2 small imo

agreed

and rockers run small in the leg IMO ( I had small legs so If Im saying that size up if you have athletic thighs)

I've done mine to 30-31" numerous times. I think it makes them fit a bit more like a slim bootcut than a slim flare, but the overall effect is pretty much the same. Definitely shouldn't be an issue IMO unless you're taking 6+" off, then you might have more of just a straight left.
