| A question about the fit of 100% cotton jeans vs. jeans with a bit of stretch/spandex I am looking to purchase a few pairs of Seven Jeans -- in the bootcut or flare style that fit close to the thigh and upper leg. I am really looking for jeans that have a comfortable fit, but that can maintain their shape and not stretch and bag out after a day or two of wearing them. Here is my dilemma:
I always thought that 100% cotton jeans held their shape better than jeans that are 98% cotton mixed with lycra or some sort of stretch, for example, but I've heard someone from another site say that 100% cotton Seven jeans do NOT hold their shape as well and are more prone to bagging or stretching out after a day or so, and not maintaining that close and snug-fitting fit in the thigh and upper leg area.
Opinions? What materials that jeans are made of should I be looking for to ensure that I get a pair that will maintain their shape and close fit very well without stretching or bagging out? |
