eBay seller check - some marked "Damaged", some not

Anyone have any experience buying from eBay seller i*love*hot*fashion? I know there are sellers out there who say "item marked irregular but no noticeable flaws", and then the jeans show up and there's obviously something wrong. I'm trying to avoid that here.

My problem is some of the listings say "marked irregular - no noticeable flaws" and then other listings for the same jeans, same size, same wash do not state this in the listing, yet are selling for the same price by the seller.

For example, here's an auction without the note in the listing:

Here's a BIN for one with the note in the listing:

If I bid on that auction what chance do I have that the jeans show up marked as irregular like the BIN? Am I being paranoid?

I don't think there's any way anyone can comment on exactly what percent of items will have a flaw, however this seller has been discussed here numerous times before, and i have experienced it personally, regarding the fact that these "can't find the flaw" auctions have flaws that are pretty obvious if you just look. In fact, 7fam's Irregulars in general are usually pretty clearly just that... IRREGULAR... unlike some other brands where there are indeed lots of pairs you just can't for the life of you figure out what is wrong with them

Thanks! We got him a pair somewhere else. I'm just going to avoid buying from sellers who sell "non-irregular irregulars." I thought I could save a few bucks with this seller, but sometimes spending a few bucks more is better than getting into a hassle.
