| | | Yes, they have all been notified. Thank you for your timely response. I am very upset as I am sure you're aware. MIT006 sold them to me. I thought the fact that they had a broken zipper was bad. I knew before buying them that they had a "broken zipper." That is why they were sold at a discounted price. I took precious time getting a new zipper put on these jeans, now I know that they aren't even real.

| | That's terrible! No one should even dare to sell fake jeans on AF - that's what the whole security of this forum is based on. That is quite disappointing to hear

| | | definitely need pics...the broken zipper tells us nothing. Lots of TR's (any brand of jeans) have broken zippers when you get them, that is soo far from a garuntee (I butchered that word) of non-authenticity.

| | | Well, let's see them, since you've posted the seller's name and so now his/her name is under a cloud.
I am curious b/c I would imagine that fakes in the Mall would be spotted quicker than quick. I also think most ppl are on this forum b/c they desire to buy/sell authentics.

| | I remember this sale, it was completed quite some time ago. You even had me looking at the item if I remember correctly. I am sure it was not fake or I would have told you so. I fail to see how it can magically transform itself into one now. Post up the pics or PM them to me as you have said you will be doing, and soon. Tarnishing another persons reputation in this community without anything concrete is very bad, to say the least.

| | | I am assuming real b/c fakes don't have the "damage" stamp. And while I am still a novice, they look okay to me.

| | | i have been looking at them for over 30 minutes..they look absolutely real to me. the only thing i can imagine would make him think they were fake is what looks like loose stitching on the left back pocket. but they're clearly marked damaged. |

| | | Those are 100% real, imo. I nearly bought them myself. Damaged jeans are (to my knowledge) not faked.
Ethanol, it would help if you told us what makes you think they are fake. |

| | | He claims they are falling apart after a few wears/washes, and his friend's girlfriend (or something like that) is an expert and says so. Although said originally in PM that A STORE said they were fake. Not sure which is his final story |

| | | Why doesnt he refer his firends g/f to this site? Im sure she and joan can have a nice chat over this one
As for falling apart, some threads always come loose and Id expect mroe to fall off on a DAMAGED pair..... **rolls eyes**
As for changing the story..........lying is a key component of scamming, and this is turning very quickly into a big scam |
