"Fake Sellers List"

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before as i'm new here but ive been seeing many responses 'all of this sellers items are fake'. I think it would be a good idea to create a "caution list" or "black list" for sellers that tend to sell fake products.

Thoughts?

In some of the sections there are authentic and fake sellers lists. I only have an authentic sellers list set up in the Diesel section. I will go start a fake sellers sticky now.

Good idea. How will you know for sure that they are selling fake items? Prior experience, price or pictures? Be careful when pointing the finger - I would avoid black list, caution list seems better. Otherwise, this is a great idea (I have a few to add as well)...

what about a fake web seller list? Maybe in those catagories people can start listing the fake sites out there that they come across. So many look so good and offer authenticity guarantees now that its hard for newbies to tell the difference between a legit site and the scammers...

I thought we had a fake site list? maaan. that must have been...well, never mind. that is def. a good idea, IMO.

The only problem I can see with a fake sellers list (or 'caution' list) is that soo many sellers sell once all at a time and never do again. That's how I got ripped off-both times. They both NARU'd. Fake sellers are a hard thing to keep track of, unless of course they are repeat offenders, in which case a fake seller list could be nice.

However, we also have a brilliant feature called search. Type whomever you are looking at buying from into the search bar and see what pops up.

The thing is if a seller sells any fakes at all
a) would you wanna risk it
and
b) would you be morally okay with supporting a seller of fakes?

Doesn't necessarily have to be for fake jeans imo.
Caution list would be great for shady sellers you just don't wanna deal with, those that give you a difficult transaction, or are horribly rude to you, or have screwed over a fellow AF member in the past... It would be nice to have a template where we could just submit ebay user names and reasons for adding them to the list, maybe a short review too.
