Shipping to Micronesia?

Is anyone used to ship package via Priority Mail or Express Mail International to Micronesia (FSM, FM or Federal State of Micronesia) via Post Office?

On the Ebay, it only shows First Class Option, so I went directly to the Post Office, but they cannot find 'Micronesia' country name on the system.

So I went home and try it at, I google and ship it as domestic, I did find the FM 'Federal State of Micronesia'. But it only charges the rate as domestic shipping, while the buyer paid me with international shipping rate?

Thanks in advance for your help

Shipping to FSM is considered domestic shipping and you can ship via domestic priority mail for $12.35 (medium flat rate).
You should use to print and pay for your package ($11.30 online price with tracking) and just drop it off at the P.O.
Although FSM is considered domestic shipping, you would still have to fill out a customs form which is available at the P.O.
As far as shipping payment, just refund the cost difference to your buyer.

Thanks for your help

I already get the answer on Ebay forum. I definitely will pay back the shipping cost for the buyer.

There isn't a lot of difference in the rates of domestic shipping with priority they might charge you a couple of Dollars more then the usual amount.
But yeah its a good possible option in the time of urgency.
