Question about linking BA/credit card to paypal while selling on e-bay

So a couple weeks ago I had an issue where someone hacked my e-bay and printed a BUNCH of 90$ international labels on my account and since I had a billing agreement with Paypal and my Bank account linked to paypal, I had some major issues and recovering the several hundred dollars took a long time...so anyway now my question is, I cancelled my billing agreement, and I have nothing (no credit cards, bank accounts, debit cards, visa cards, etc) linked to my PP however I am wanting to sell on ebay again...would I be able to sell and receive funds just fine (I know I can't transfer and I would have to keep it in my PP account)? I know this is confusing to understand, but basically I just want to sell and use that profit to buy more so I don't mind keeping it in my PP account, I just don't want to link my bank account in any shape or form.

If it is a small amount, should not be a problem. If you start selling a much larger amount they almost always are going to require a bank account be attached to the account.

Do you think anything under 200 would be considered small? I suppose I could call them and ask these questions to

They will look at the cumulative total, not the price of individual items. It will probably also be based on what you have previously sold not just starting from the time period after your bank account etc was removed. Don't know any specifics about it though, you could try calling but not sure how helpful they will be.

For some reason I can't even list on e-bay...it said something about linking a card...I seriously bow down to you and others that deal with e-bay everyday I am not patient with dealing with these types of things.

best to call, you might be required to link something now, I haven't dealt with that issue in years so my knowledge is dated.
