Paypal Resolution centre help

I have an open dispute currently ongoing with paypal. I had hoped to send them emails between myself and my seller to help strengthen my case. I found instructions (finally - took me quite a bit of searching) on how to obtain a fax cover sheet, but the instructions lead me to nothing. Do they have to request information from me in order for me to obtain a fax number or email address to send my additional information to?
I think it may be too late to send them stuff anyways, but my seller is a little manipulating and also lying about things I have documented from her in an email conversation. It should almost guarantee a win for me, so would be great to forward it along ASAP.

i would call them that always seems to be the most helpful route for me. make sure you get past the call center fielders and to someone that can really help you

agree, best thing is to call them. I wouldn't fax them stuff at random with out them knowing about it or requesting it. It would probably end up in limbo. Even when they do request stuff half they time they cannot find it. They receive an insane amount of faxes each day ...
