Quick Ebay help before I issue refund

I had a buyer recently ask about getting a refund because the jeans I sent her had a stain I didn't disclose.
I'm usually very thorough, so the complaint did come as a surprise.
I don't accept returns, but of course as a mistake/not as described I gladly accepted.
I got the jeans back today and there is definitly NO stain. Any suggestions?

I mean I'm fine with just refunding her the money (the agreement was for a refund minus shipping). But has anyone had this happen before, are there any reprecussions I can follow through with to report something like this.

Although I haven't had anyone claim that there was a stain that didn't end up being there, I have had two instances where buyers have claimed that I measured way off (over two inches in both cases) and wanted to return. In both cases, I have accepted a return less the shipping cost and also in both cases my measurements were spot on to what I said they were. I e-mailed them both with pics showing that my measurements were correct and then just went ahead and refunded less shipping. It's super annoying. But there isn't much you can do about it once you have the item back in your possession. They can just file a claim saying that they returned it and that you agreed to it. Then you are going to be out the shipping too if they do that.

Kinda figured as much.
I guess the part that makes me most mad is that I actually for once got one of my asking price for something! lol

Ah well I will suck it up!
