Question about what feedback to leave

Hi, I purchased a lot of Liz Lange nursing tanks size small. Seller only had 10 feedback and there was only one picture, but I took a chance. Stated that all very in gently used condition and that 3 showed any signs of wear. Almost verbatim.
Received the lot and the first tank I pulled out was just gross. A white tank that was stained in several spots and just wore to beat hell. The black tank had paints spots and really faded, and the other that showed any wear was all stretched out in the straps and very pilled. I realize everyone's definition of wear is different but this was beyond what I expected. Also 3 of the tops were a medium, and NONE were liz lange. She did email stating that as she packed them up she noticed some were Gillian O'Malley which is another target brand and I was ok with that. Well 5 were O'Malley and the others were some other brand I could hardly make out-not Liz Lange. Anyhow, about 5 were even worth considering wearing. I emailed seller,

"HI there...received package today. Thank you for the prompt shipping. I am a little disappointed however. Firstly the one white one that you say shows wear (along with black and purple) should have honestly just been thrown in the garbage. It is all stained up, extremely dingy and looks just gross. The black has a paint stain on it and is very faded. The purple one is all stretched out and none say Liz Lange. The are some brand I can barely make out like Tres something. 3 of them are Medium not small. The only ones I believe are worthwhile are the 5 Gillian O'Malleys. I am kicking myself because I did not bid on a couple other lots of nursing tanks because I decided on this one. I would have rather spent the same amount of money for less tanks in better condition. I think it would just be best I return them. Thank you

Beverly"

HER REPLY-
I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the tanks. I apologize for incorrectly stating that the light purple tank was Motherhood and a size S. It was purchased at Motherhood Maternity, so that's why I made the error. The sizing size was just an oversight on my part, and again I apologize. As far as the fading on the tags goes, you will have to take that up with Target. I do not feel it necessary to give you a refund because none of the items were damaged (no broken straps or snaps, no rips or tears), they were simply worn. I did state that the one white, black and the light purple tank showed signs of wear in my description of the items. You bid on a previously used items. If you wanted new tanks you should have purchased them new at a store. All of these tanks are still very wearable. Until recently I wore them all on a regular basis. The three worn tanks are perfect for sleeping and to wear under your normal shirts. I really am sorry to hear you are disappointed, but I cannot give you a refund and Ebay Buyer Protection does not cover buyer's remorse.

NEEDLESS to say, I was a little upset and INSTANTLY filed a dispute I thought...BUYER'S REMORSE WHAT!!?!?!?!?? We will see about that!
She was IMMEDIATELY friendly, helpful and ALL about working it out once I filed...hmmmmm. Well she offered a partial, I accepted and I am wondering about feedback. I am still pretty ticked...I just was shocked that she with 10 feedback was telling me I had buyers remorse after I explained everything so very clear. ARRGGH!
I WANT to leave a negative...and thoughts? THANKS!

If you accepted a partial IMO you should be leaving positive or just leave nothing. You were happy/willing enough to keep the items at that price. If you dislike them so much you should send them back instead of settling for a partial refund and keeping them.

I tend to agree. The seller was a jerkoff, but i'd have returned them all and then negged them, and that's not what you decided. Just move on

Ya... I wanted to return, however I really needed one of these sooner than later. Leaving for a trip and wanted it to be convenient to nurse in public-I live in the boonies and did not have time to to make it to bigger town to get one by the time this was all said and done. Oh well...you guys are right..I am just irritated and the nerve of some people. Thanks so much
