Item Potentially Not as Described

Hi,

I never thought that I'd have to post here, but.. I bought and received a new pair of jeans, and as soon as I tried them on, the buttons on the fly popped off. Two buttons in total, and the one on the waist stayed. I contacted the seller, and the seller offered to do a partial refund to get it fixed, or a return without return shipping paid.

My question is, is it fixable? If so, how much would it cost? If I do have to return it, would I be in the right to ask for reimbursement of return shipping?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, it is repairable. Buttons do not cost much to repair. You will need to put new buttons on though, can't use the originals. Best to contact your local tailor for a price quote.

If you return the item asking for a refund of your shipping expenses is appropriate. If you are in the US you can ship it back in a flat rate envelope for around $5.
