Yes, you're right, it was Thursday, so it has only been a couple business days. I have no problem giving them a little more time...I want to be fair, I just didn't know what would be the appropriate amount of time to wait. If it comes to it, do I start with just a dispute or do I escalate to a claim right away? Dumb question, but what is the difference between the two? Thanks again!!
