Ebay-Shipping to a different address?

Hi! Just a quick ebay question. I sold a pair of jeans. The buyer paid but immediately following I get an email from her asking if I can send the jeans to a different address then what paypal says. Is that ok to do? I just want to cover my butt...I always send with delivery confirmation, I just want to make sure that will cover me in a situation like this. Maybe I am being paranoid but I just wanted to check. Thanks for all your help!

I have asked this question here before and I was advised to have the buyer add that address to their Paypal acct.

No you will not be covered. You must ship to the address on the payment and it must say Eligible to be eligible for seller protection. Using DC will not help you a bit, because all it will do is confirm that you have NOT delivered the package to the confirmed address.

If they must have it shipped elsewhere, you will need to refund the payment, and they will have to pay again with the correct address added to their account and selected. You will also lose .30 cents because you will not be refunded this transaction fee for the first payment, so I generally tell the buyer they will need to pay this extra .30 cents if this is what they want to do, and add it to the new invoice i send.
