Express Mail Delivery Question

I shipped an item to France via Express Mail in a flat rate envelope back on September 14. Today, the buyer opened a dispute. I want to respond to her, but I'm not quite clear on what the tracking means.



Is the package on its way back to me because she failed to pick it up? Or was there another problem? The item was addressed to her paypal address.

Have you been in contact with the buyer at all? It looks as if buyer failed to pick it up to me. So annoying.

^ exactly, they attempted to deliver it twice in a day but the buyer wasn't home so they left a note, which the buyer didn't get for some reasons. As she failed to pick up the jeans, they were returned to you..

Amber, I haven't heard anything from her until she filed the dispute.

So once I get it back, she can either pay for shipping again or I refund her?

More likely you can refund her and take a loss on your shipping cost.

Pretty low of her to file a claim without even contacting you first. Sounds like she refused it or did not pick up on purpose. Probably to avoid the fees.

Yeah, like Mike says you will probably have to take a loss on the shipping.
