Buyer wants me to stretch jeans

First time I have been asked this--to stretch the waistband of the jeans (before she bids) to get maximum possible measurement (not simply my aligned measurement)...but, (at the risk of being called a moron I must ask) will they return to "normal"? Thanks.

for 1 thing its unlikely that if you have to stretch them to the absolute max they are going to fit. Doing so is not going to be a good indicator of fit.

Will they return to normal? What exactly do you intend to stretch them with? Tied between 2 horses or something?

There are some pretty weird requests on ebay.

I am sure she can't mean that she wants you to go to town on them with a waistband stretcher. Just pull them as tight as you can and try to get the aligned measurement. If that measurement is not as big as her other jeans, then she is going to be too big for the jeans.

You aren't going to damage them or anything.
