"Buyers have high expectations when they purchase items on eBay. If you aren't meeting these expectations as a seller, your buyers may leave low detailed seller ratings, which can negatively affect your selling privileges.
Due to the concerns stated above, please don't relist these items. If you do, your listings will be removed and you may be subject to range of actions, including buying and selling limits or suspension of your account. This helps protect you from receiving negative Feedback or low detailed seller ratings and also prevents eBay buyers from potentially bad shopping experiences.

You may need to take a tutorial. If it's required, you may be asked to take it the next time you sell. Once you've completed the tutorial successfully, please review your account status for any other possible concerns. If there are no other issues, you should be able to sell again.

Please be aware that any additional violations of this policy may result in the suspension of your account. We understand that you may be concerned about this situation.
