help on "Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item" *update*

So I was listing two Dooney purses on ebay. One was a relist and the second I copied to a new listing and accidentally didnt change the name on the listing [not sure if that's part of it] but the informaiton in the listing were different and I took several photos and included one stock photo. I put links to Dooney's site. Is that the problem? I read another thread about trademark infrindgement but that one made it seem like the actually company took the listed down where this one sounds like ebay took it down. Thoughts on what I should do? The message I got is below:

"MC999 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item (509219673)

Your listing has been removed.

The following factors were taken into consideration when we reviewed your listing:

:Insufficient description and photos of the item

You might want to consider these tips to improve your listing:
- Including additional photos, taken yourself, of the actual item offered in the listing (multiple angles may be helpful to buyers)
- Including additional detailed information of the item offered
- Add proof of authenticity (COA if applicable)

Buyers have high expectations when they purchase items on eBay. If you aren't meeting these expectations as a seller, your buyers may leave low detailed seller ratings, which can negatively affect your selling privileges.

Due to the concerns stated above, please don't relist these items. If you do, your listings will be removed and you may be subject to range of actions, including buying and selling limits or suspension of your account. This helps protect you from receiving negative Feedback or low detailed seller ratings and also prevents eBay buyers from potentially bad shopping experiences.

So I take it the 2nd bag was purchased from the Dooney outlet store?

Very well could be because you used stock photos.

Was there a contact e-mail?

yeah. both are my mom's. one is used and she doesnt even remember where she got it and the second is from an outlet that someone bought for her from Las Vegas but we live in Kansas and there's no where to return it to [i guess im not really familiar with their return policy anyways as i dont wear dooney]. Here's the rest of the email. i dont see any contact information only for their "policy experts":

LOL so basically your bag was removed by either ebay or by a user report. Not by the actual brand - unless they have changed the way they send out pulldowns recently. Usually it will have an e-mail where you can contact the rights owner directly. In this case I would recommend contacting ebay for more details. There is a contact e-mail in the "why did ebay remove ..." link. Contact them there and ask why it was pulled down and who to contact to get the listing reinstated.

If Dooney actually pulled down the bag you should be able to contact them and get it reinstated,
