| | | AF Mall We can copy Honda-Tech's rule for their "For Sale" section where a member has to have a certain number of posts and/or days being member of the forum.
thoughts?

Everything that's related to Honda: used car parts. OEM parts, aftermarket parts, wheels and cars.

| | | I don't think it would necessarily weed people out, but it does at least put one obstacle in place to help a little (and yes, I'm aware it could lead to pointless posts just so someone could sell...but that can be dealt with on it's own and obviously that signals a problem and that maybe that person shouldn't be selling)
Maybe institute that rule unless you can get special concession from an admin to post something for sale? Such as someone that has been here for a while but does not post often and has one thing to sell? |

| | We could try a no access to AF mall until you've reached x posts...it would be better than nothing. On a parenting board I'm a member of, we have a 200 posts requirement before you can access the photos room because we post pics of our kids and we don't want new members who might be trolls or wackos looking at our kids. Just an idea! |

| | | I totally understand Nicole & Advan031 ~ my only concern is that many of us (if not all) are previous members of HF with very good records. I'm not sure that having a post requirement would be effective. I am still in favor of a contract of sorts. |

| | | I am also kind of against such a policy. I was/am a loyal member of the HF and now of AF, but I have never really posted very much. That being said, I have bought and sold in the HonestMall and I would never screw anyone over or sell fakes. I think a policy such as this would exclude myself and lots of others like me.
I agree that we should do something, but I think a good Mod of the section would be all we really needed.

| | | I am down with whatever "Mod is chosen for that brand/section" TR,7,COH..ect....
Run the sale by them, and let them approve it, at least until we get a MALL MOD?
I know I ask alot of questions before I sell something , just to make sure its all good./and I am correct with wash/style, ect..... |

| | | I'm with some people. There are lots of good, honest people who just don't have the time to massively participate in a forum like this, or people who just joined and want to do some selling. |

| | Is it sacrosanct to provide feedback from HF until people get better established here? I joined right before a 3 week trip to germany and a big move, so I won't be posting much, but I'm not sketchy (at least, not in a shady way) |

| | | I guess I don't agree with the "x" amount of post before you can buy/sell in AF Mall. Most of us are from HF and know each other. And like Rachel (I think it was you, sorry if it is someone else) said that they didn't post alot but bought and sold things in HM. |
