So I just sold a pair of shoes on eBay and the buyer is in Kazakhstan 
She paid ASAP for shipping ($40) via USPS Express Mail Int'l.
Unfortunately her address is also unconfirmed -- although it says I am eligible for seller protection.
I've heard some stories about sellers not wanting to ship to Kazakhstan because of issues. 
Anyway, long story made short... will I be covered w/ USPS Express?

Yep -- it's a sale on eBay and PP says it's OK to ship and I am eligible for seller protection even though its unconfirmed
ETA: Has anyone shipped USPS or should I elect to go UPS (which I really hesitate to do because of the insane brokerage fees)? |

Must says city/state/zip/providence. Cannot just say delivered to COUNTRY/Providence ... If it doesn't say the city you would not be covered. |

If the item says "delivered to kazakhstan" I will be covered right in case of a chargeback? You mentioned that the city/state/etc need to be provided not just country but with EMS tracking they only specify the country.
If the item disappears in customs/transit then I will be covered by EMS insurance right?
I want to just refund this guy and say item is out of stock, but I don't want a neg (he has 18 +fb and does not leave fb for others) or ding on my dsr. He may not leave fb or he may retaliate. |

To the largest city in Kazak. I have shipped once to a Moscow Oblast and it disappeared before it reached customs (after it departed from USPS ISF so EMS covered me) but every time I ship to Moscow I never have problems with the items being delivered. |

No, you need city/state/providence/etc to be covered, you won't find this info on the USPS site, you will need to visit the countries site you are shipping to
