So I got this email from one of my buyers today.. I only had 2 pairs of size 28 dojos listed, and the other pair is still here.. and they arent NYD, so I know I sent the right pair.. anyway, here's her message..

Hi, i just received the jeans. They do not seem to be the ones shown in the pictures. The NYD wash is much darker than the ones I received. The ones I received are a lighter wash, which i saw going for lower prices on ebay.

I just need a little encouragement on wtf to say to her.. because the best Ive got is that I sent what was pictured.. I know shes angling for a partial refund.. but lighter versions of NYD that are cheaper than other "darker versions"?

I knew it was only a matter of time before I got an annoying one.

Sounds like buyer's remorse. Maybe just offer to refund if she sends them back to avoid the hassle?

If what you sent her are the NYD dojos pictured, then she's just having buyers remorse. Offer a partial if you really think its warranted, or tell her to send them back to you. I feel like you shouldn't pay return shipping though,

IMO you should try to use a little bit of lighting in your photos of darker pairs. The photos for that pair in particular are pretty dark and could cause buyer confusion if the person ... like your current buyer doesn't quite know what NYD looks like OR if they are picky about color.

I would tell them the jeans are NYD. Offer a refund minus shipping and tell them to send em back. Sounds like they are picky to me and should probably be shopping some place where they can see the color of the item.
