Who knows. I didn't click the link but I know the pair you're talking about, saw them yesterday. If someone needed a 30" inseam or shorter, they could get rid of that fraying...

She says she got her tailor to cut them to give them a more urban look. I dont know about that. I think the price needs to be lowered since she cut them.

my snake roth where that way cut too but i get them hemmed and i have now great snake roths for 99$
