Alterna caviar anti-aging shampoo & conditioner

I love this set! It makes my soft and gives it a nice body. It also makes styling so much easier! The only thing I don't like is the price tag

I heard about them. I have never used them though. I want to try it, but isn't it something like $100 per bottle?

OOops, i saw on Amazon it's about $60 for shampoo & conditioner. Is it worth it?

For me yes. I wasn't blessed with nice smooth asian hair like many do. My dry is naturally dry, frizzy and wavy. I have tried many brands from various price range. This is totally worth the money for me. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I am loving the results.

I used this when I had really long hair to keep it in good condition. It is pricey but sometimes you can find coupons for drugstore.com and other online retailers. It smells great, has no sulfates (that I'm aware of) so it won't dry out your hair as much, and it really did help keep my hair really nice, soft, and manageable. I didn't have many split ends either.

I found the 12 oz bottles of Alterna Life conditioner for curly hair on clearance for $7 (new 8 oz packaging runs $27.) This stuff is amazing...I couldn't believe how soft and smooth my hair was after using it. Just as good as the Bumble and Bumble deeep. I don't have curly hair, but it is dry and frizzy, and this worked wonders.
Thanks for the review, I was curious about the other products in the Alterna line but haven't been able to find many reviews online. I will definitely need to check out the Caviar set.

Beauty Brands (salon chain)...Alterna apparently came out with new packaging, made the bottles smaller, and raised the prices. This store still had two types of conditioners left in the old packaging on clearance (the other was for thinning hair.)
I bought one last week and used it for a few days and came back and bought what was left of the curly line. If there is a store close to you they might have more Alterna in the old packaging on the clearance racks.
