Avene Diacneal Lotion

After a recommendation from Jenn, I decided to try this product out. I had been using Avene Eluage for a month or so now with much success. If Eluage worked so well on my skin, I figured Diacneal would work even better right?

Here are my initial observation after one week of use. The lotion is not a thick as the Eluage and my face absorbs it rather quickly. I haven't seen a big difference in either product. I haven't had any brake out with either product.

I will try to update this every few weeks. Incidentally, I bought it online from a French company and was pleased with price.

The 2 tubes that I bought totaled $43.53 approx. $23.53 for the two tubes and $20 for the VAT and shipping cost. The avg. cost being about $21.75.

Okay...my first update since switching to Avene Diacneal.

First, this stuff is pretty strong. I applied it a bit liberally around my neck and the stuff burned a little.

Okay I know this stuff is suppose to take 8 months to work or what not. I'm seeing results right now. Most of the fine lines around the corners of my eyes have virtually disappeared. The skin around my eyes feels tighter even when I am not wearing it during the day.

The only drawback is the smell. I am not particularly fond of the smell. Since I apply it only at night, I don't have to smell it for very long. With that said, I love the results. Oh one more thing, no more big pores around my cheeks and blackheads are a thing of the past.

I rate it 4.5 star -1/2 star because of the smell. The stuff is actually working on the deeper wrinkles on my forehead too. I think I have to wait awhile longer to see dramatic changes to my forehead.

This is also available at tubotica's International Online Pharmacy, and here: Highest quality, scientifically proven skin care products. Peels, DMAE, Argireline and more. you can buy samples. Best buy samples first, because although Vis's skin loved it (as did mine) it's not for everybody.
If this is the first retinoid you use, ease into using it (start with every ither day, or mosturize over it half an hour later). Only use in PM, at least half an hour after washing your face. Don't use moisturizer under it, it will buffer it and make it less effective. You could do that though, and apply Diacneal half an hour later, while easing into using it.

I can see some people might be sensitive to using this. Per Jenn's recommendation, try out some samples before you go hog wild and buy it by the gallon.

I've been alternating nights with this and the Eluage. I did put forget to rub a spot in on my neck and it did burn!

3 days into trying this product and I have seen significant shrinkage of pores. Happy with it!
