Hawaiian Tropic Oil-Free Faces

I noticed a lack of sunscreen reviews, so I thought I'd add one.

I've never used a sunscreen regularly in my whole life so I figured it was about time. I decided to try to replace my usual face lotion (Neutrogena Oil-Free) with a good photostable sunscreen since my skin isn't very dry. So far I've used this on my face for 3 days in a row with no breakouts yet (which I usually get from sunscreen). It makes my face look kinda shiny at first but that settles down after about a half hour. I haven't tried wearing make-up over it yet. So far, so good. I'll update if it doesn't end up working out.

I like this sunscreen too. It doesn't break me out and leaves my skin feeling soft. The only downside is that since I wear MMU I have to wait 20-30 minutes for it to soak in which adds to my morning routine.

^^You would have to do that with any s/s though. Always wait as long as you can before applying m/u on top.

Have you tried Buy Banana Boat Sunblock Sun Wear Faces, Oil Free SPF 30 Online at drugstore.com The ingredients are pretty much the same. It's hard to find the Banana Boat in stores though so I'll keep your recommendation in mind

Better wait! You might destablize the sunscreen filters with the minerals in the m/u, and the sunscreen doesn't have enough time to build a film.

This sunscreen made me break out.

I switched to Neutrogena Dry Touch spf 55 and so far no break outs, but it has dried me out a little.

^ Good luck! I think Neutrogena Dry Touch has the same active ingredients/filters too I can use it all over but not on my face.
Buy Neutrogena Sunblock, Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch SPF 55 Online at drugstore.com

I forgot to mention it does BURN when I first put it on. Goes away after a bit though.
