Neutrogena Norwegian formula Hand Cream

This stuff is my HG for winter. I've tried so many expensive hand creams and none of them have lasting effects like this stuff, and it's only $3.79! I started to get my annual cracked/peeling/ashy hands a few weeks ago and just started using this. It's amazing and keeps my hands moisturized which is pretty impressive given the amount of hand-washing I do each day.

Just a public service announcement for people with chronically dry hands in the winter...buy this stuff!

Question: Does it leave hands gross and greasy? I find I always need hand cream but I'd rather reapply crappy hand cream 1344558 times than have to wear thick and goopy hand cream. I actually bought the Bliss handcream upon your suggestion (I think it was in the Secret Santa thread) and I really like that one but it's super expensive (IMO

)

^It does take a second to soak in, but once it does, no greasiness. I love Bliss and L'Occitane's shea hand cream, but both are so expensive and I go through them so fast b/c I reapply so often.

Costco has it for $7...three tubes!

Do you apply after every handwashing? My hands are painfully dry, I have two cracks on one of my knuckles that bleed when I move my hand too much

And that's par for the course for me in winter. I, too, wash my hands a LOT, especially with having a child still in diapers. Not to mention "dishpan hands" b/c I don't have a dishwasher. I just have a hard time with reapplying every.damn.time. I wash my hands. Do I just need to suck it up and do this? LOL

I can go 3 handwashings before needing to re-apply...I wash my hands a TON though. I get the cracks and peeling, too. This has helped a lot, definitely more so than the more expensive creams I've tried- and I don't feel as bad about using it so much.

I'd say I probably wash mine at least 50 times/day, seriously!

I'll have to make my way into Costco again here in the next few days, hopefully mine will have it as well.

tyft...I have a booklet of their coupons, and in it was a coupon for $1.50 off this, and you could buy up to two of them...which I did! Here's to hoping it works as well for me as it does for you!
