Friggin FABULOUS product. It makes your hair shiny and silky smooth but does NOT weigh it down or make it greasy at all. I love this stuff.

Does it provide any hold? Would it replace straightener or curl cream/gel, or is it an additional product for shine and frizz control?

No its just for making hair more sleek and shiny. It basically only smooths away fly aways and makes hair silkier.

Oh I have this too. I love it. The bottle is pricey but it lasts a long time. It smells like cologne.

I think it's a little pricey too, but worth it and it does last a long time. All I need is a pea size amount and I have a ton of hair.

It smells like curve too me. It gives my hubby a headache if I just put it on or if I don't wash my hands enough.

i like the smell too. i have to keep it away from my roots because it makes my hair look greasy. but i don't wash my hair every day either so...

This might be a little late, but I was walking past the JCPenny salon last weekend and saw that they had some of these in gift sets left over from Christmas and they were half off. It might be worth calling your salon if you live near a JCP.
