I just got the black one in the mail the other day (supposedly it's a little thinner than the pink, or so people say). It's okay.. I was a little disappointed, it seems a little too flimsy especially after you've been redipping to go over your eyeliner again to smooth things out - it loses its shape and kind of gets clumpy- hard to explain. Probably why it took me even longer to line my eyes when I was using this brush (I'm an eyeliner perfectionist though.. ).
I got a small brush at Michaels, a very thin and small paintbrush from "royal" (brush #4? SG 155) - and that til this day is my favoritest eyeliner brush! I've tried a lot of high end ones too - the smashbox one, Mac's 212, 209, 268, 316, etc. but this little brush from michaels is absolutely perfect!! I highly suggest anyone interested in a really cheap brush to go check out michaels or an arts&crafts store. These "liner" brushes are like $2 max and allows you to get the most precise, straight, crisp line! love it!
