This cream is great for the brutally dry Canadian weather. I don't know about the healing part as they claim on their website, all I know is this is a great moisturizer for super dry area. I even use it on my hair. I use a very very very little amount (so little you almost can't see it) on the ends of my hair to take the frizzes off. It absorbs into the skin very quickly (unlike the German Nivea cream).
