Baby Carrier for Toddlers? (25+lbs)

I am going on a trip to Disney at the end of the month with my 14-month old son (and my mom, sister, and 2yo nephew)...although my son can walk, I don't like the idea of letting him roam free while I'm carrying our baggage through the airport, or in other areas of Disney while we're there. I don't mind holding him, but again, with luggage it's hard to have arm space for everything so I thought a carrier would help. When he was smaller, I occasionally used a Bjorn with him, but now he's too big (25lbs) - I believe the Ergo can hold up to 40lbs, but I don't want to spend $120+ (or even the $75 that used ones are going for) since I don't think we'll use it other than for this trip...does anyone have reccomendations for cheaper-than-Ergo carriers for babies 25+lbs? or advice in general about travelling with a toddler?!

Iirc my snugli carrier was over 25. And my sling was good for 35 (meaning my 6yo can still use it Lmao).

I liked the Peanut shell sling for when they were toddlers. At that age that can be worn on the hip with it, or the back so you are completely hands free. You can find some good deals on ebay and they come in lots of cute reverisble prints too. I wore my son until he was about 2 1/2 in one. The best thing is it folds up really small and there are no buckles on it. And it is really easy to use.

Here is an example of one on ebay:

awesome, this sounds perfect since it's so compact (and cheap) - and I think he'll prefer being held to the side like how I normally carry him!
