The only reason I'm able to see my ab muscles is because I do 40 min. of cardio a day and eat a high fiber, high protein, low carb diet. In order to see results you first have to lose the layer of fat over the abdominal muscles or you will never see results. I am however going to give this exercise a try along with my other ab regime. Thank you Char!!!
Thanks for adding this because you are right, it is important to eat right and do cardio to lose the layer of fat over your abdominal muscles. I do zero cardio because the only fat I have is on my tummy and I'm afraid I'd lose it in other places where I need it...like my butt.
I would like to start a cardio program for the overall health benefits though. I can just imagine the tummy results if I combined the cardio with the diastasis exercises.
