alternatives to bella band

Hi! I am starting to get to the point where my regular jeans are uncomfortable on my stomach, but the sized-up pairs I've bought look frumpy b/c they fit my waist but are huge on my butt and thighs. My question is - has anyone found a product with the same function as the bella band (keeping unbuttoned pants up) but more like a cami-style? I feel like I would be annoyed with the bella band b/c it would disrupt the flow of my shirt over my pants...and I'm used to wearing built-in-bra camis under pretty much all my shirts. But I guess I was wondering if you know of any that are really stretchy and will provide some kind of support/hold for my belly (I'm thinking along the lines of like a Spanx-type cami but less restrictive)...any ideas?
Thanks!

I've been googling...came across the Ingrid and Isabel Maternity Cami - anyone tried it? I want something that will be smoothing for under everything, and tight-ish to support my tummy (I have heard that can *help* prevent stretch marks although I know there is no for-sure way to prevent them)

oh crap; i wish i could remember the tank i had while pregnant. it was friggin awesome.

let me search and see if i can find it.

this one is similar to the one i had:

http://www.apeainthepod.com/Product....tegory_Id=MC12

it supported my belly pretty well, and it kept my jeans up as well. i've never tried the Ingrid and Isabel tank you're referring to.

thanks! this one looks almost identical to the ingrid & isabel one, and is a bit cheaper so I'll try it first - and it comes in a better color selection! I just feel like a cami will be sooooo much more comfy than a band that can roll up/down...and it provides boobage support!

Amanda, how about a button extender? I used them when I was first starting to show and then again when I was getting back down in size

Here's what I'm talking about
Waistband Button Extender - Lifetime Guarantee

Mine aren't EXACTLY this, but the same idea. If you want a couple, shoot me your address and I'll mail a couple out to you

Thanks Jennifer! those look perfect to keep me in my regular jeans for a few more weeks, I'll PM you!!! I'm trying to keep a low profile at work so the longer I can stay in my normal wardrobe the better!

My sister had something like that button extender, but it was actually a piece of material too, so you could undo the button and zipper, but the fabric covered the unzipped part. I don't know the brand though.

ETA: It looked something like this: http://www.maternityandbabyshoppingm...combopack.aspx

I was contemplating one of those bands with the fabric panel, but read a post on here where someone said it made them look like they had a "package" I am willing to try it though, looks like it would be the next step after I grow out of the button extender!

Useful thread...thanks for the posting the tank, Shi! I'll probably pick up a few of those because I wear a tank every day.
