Booster seat recommendations?

Luca will be 4 in May, and while his Britax Marathon is still OK (Luca is on the small side), I started researching booster seats.

I am currently looking at Britax Parkway and Revaro Vivo.

Any ideas? I obviously want safety, but reclining for sleeping in the seat without leaning forward is also something I would like.

Thank you

Let's put it differently

Does anybody have a booster they recommend?

I read your OP, but I still have my 5-yr old in a 5-pt harness (Graco Nautilus, which converts to high-back booster, and then backless booster), and plan to keep him there as long as possible...so I have no suggestions

I've had my kids in Britax Parkway. We liked them.

When my daughter just about turned 7, we switched to a backless one.

Thank you ladies.

Linda, were your kids bothered by the Slide Guard on the Parkway, if your model had it?

No, ours do not have the slide guard nor the arm rests, which look way too short from the pics. Was not available when we first got them, which was when it was first released. Sounds like a good idea but my kids would likely be bothered by them.

I don't think the backrest on ours is removable either.

Thank you

I am a huge Britax fan, and want to get the Parkway, and while I applaud the idea of the slide guard, I am guessing it will be a problem if it's not removable.

I have this both for my daughter (8) and for my son (5) and LOVE it! Both of them still fall asleep sometimes in the car and it holds their heads pretty well. I like this mostly for the latch, and adjustable head rests. My daughter is tall, but light, so I will have her in this for awhile.

I was just thinking about this the other day, but my oldest is tiny even though he'll be 5 in a few months. I think he'll stay in his current carseat until the 'baby' is too big for his carseat (which will also be a while ).
