Paige LC nailheads

So I bought these in a 30 and they were a bit too tight so I ordered the 31 which is my normal Paige size and they were too loose. People said these did not stretch out too much so would I be better shrinking the 31s or trying to stretch out the 30s (they are dark clean)? Thanks!
