Need help with Paige fit

Not sure if this is ok to post here....lmk if there's a better place!!!

My Pico's have finally died, so I'm on the hunt for a new favorite jean. I tried on the Laurel Canyon boot-cut and love the fit in the leg/butt, but the rise is too short (helllooo muffin top!). It also hits me right on top of my hip bone and prefer it above. I tried on Hidden Hill and the rise is too high and the waist too tight by about 1 - 1.5 inches.

Is there another fit with a higher rise (like 8") and a more generous waist? Or should I just look at another brand of denim?

Thank you for your help!!!

Hidden Hills has a 9" rise and Laurel Canyon has a 7.5" rise. Lou Lou and Monecito both have 8" rises. I am personally a fan on Benedict Canyon. However, that style has been discontinued, so you will have to find them on Ebay. I'm not sure how you are built, but if you are like me (larger hips, skinny legs), BC will be your best friend.

I agree with you about Hidden Hills being too high and LC being too low. The rise is going to depend on how tall/how long your torso is though.

Thank you, ladies! Btw, I'm absolutely in love with this site! My goodness, y'all know so much! I'll give BC and Hollywood H a whirl! woot!

In my quest and in your experience....which designer labels have a more generous waist? I'm a flat butted, medium legged, narrow hipped (wow, I so don't sound hot! LOL!) and thicker waisted girly (especially after baby!). I'm 5'5 and a half with an average to long torso. Let me put it this way, I ALWAYS have to hem my pants!! LOL! Do you have any experience with a pants for a build like mine?

^ Hi! I second Hollywood Hills. I have a different situation: bigger thighs, biggers butt, smaller ankles, smaller waist and I got a beautiful pair of HH Las Palmas. Here is my thread with fits pics, if you scroll down there will be more pics in the middle of the thread My first pair of Paige's Hollywood Hills Tuscan(?) TOO BIG :(

So I couldn't push the jeans up my thighs properly (and the size was 31, when I needed 29/30) but the waist was huge for me, so this cut should be just right for you I wore my jeans a few times but the fit was no good for me

As an R&R admirer, I'd advise Kasandra cut to try, or even Berlin (if you like skinny cut), they have bigger waist and relatively slim/normal thigh measurements. But R&R have gone bankrupt now and their new stuff at Kohl's is not good at all, but if you like R&R you can still find loads of used and new jeans on ebay or in AF Mall. Good luck! And don't be shy to post pics when you finally get your Paiges
