fabric tag and rivet questions

Has Paige changed fabric tags from matte brown with stitched words to smooth and shiny?

Has Paige added a variation in rivets? I bought 3 pairs of Paige Denim from Amazon (they should be authentic, right?), and one of them seems odd to me:

The picture shows rivets with a protruding nub instead of the usual flat engraved rivets. The inside of this rivet is flat and engraved with signature 9 slashes instead of words.

On the Nordstrom site, this pair also shows rivets with nubs:

yeah, they've been "changed" for a couple years now. they sometimes use older ones/and or mix them with newer ones.

Even the rivets changed? The Brooks Lane wash is so grainy with such a shiny waistband leather tag that in combination with the nubbed rivets, I was questioning its authenticity. Maybe Brooks Lane is a limited release since I don't see WA429 in the list of wash codes.

i'm familiar with brooks lane. the graininess is just a characteristic of the wash, and the rivets are fine. if i'm not mistaken, those rivets were used on all pairs in the brooks lane wash. paige uses those rivets as well as the flat ones. they're authentic.

now if your pair looks different from the stock photo, post pics so i can see them.

the brooks lane wash code isn't listed on the wash code list because i haven't added it yet.
