It looks like Meridian to me. I never tried this wash in Skyline Drive, but I owned in in Benedict Canyon and it was on the small size of TTS. It has stretch but is not overly stretchy.

^yes, it's meridian blue. i agree about the sizing too. i bet these will run bigger in the thighs than bc though. the thighs on skyline tend to be bigger in my experience.
