how to damp stretch paiges

My LC's are a lil tight on the waist... I've been wearing them for a good few hours now, but I don't think they budged!

can someone tell me how to damp stretch ?

you can take a spray bottle and just get the waistband or any other part that needs a stretching damp or even really wet. then you wear them till they dry. then anytime you wash, use cold water and air dry and they should stay stretched out. hope that helps!

I just laid down to zip them up, and splashed water all around the waistband, then I did situps to ease the process (and help my tummy become more firm!).

Thanks for the tips on stretching these LC's. I just got a pair of LC Bermuda's from Nordies on sale and they are TIGHT! I have been wearing them for 4 days and they aren't stretching much. I will try water---and situps!
