| | | earnest sewn here is a thread regarding the fits of earnest sewns:
fulton-the straight-leg jean.usually made from rigid denim which has pretty dark washes.slightly-tapered and has enough room fot the thighs.a very comfortable straight-leg jean
hutch-the bootcut jean.very great fit and awesome look.earnest sewn used selvedge in some models for the hutch.regular-waist and has a great boot cut at the edge.
jakimo-a super low-rise jean that has a fit similar to the offenders of levi's.its quite low so those faint-hearted are not welcome.earnest sewn used stretch denim in some models that makes it very comfortable and easy-fitting.
rotton-a tapered fit jean.made with selvage denim and is personal favorite of me.well-tapered and not too tight as some jeans fit. |

| | Womens:
Hefner -- bootcut
Decca -- straight leg
Harlan -- skinny/cigarette leg
Garbo -- flare
Viceroy -- trouser leg
Fader -- asymmetrical mini skirt
Cutter -- longer skirt
& possibly more I am forgetting. Everything has a rise of about 7.5" and fits pretty much the same above the knee (except the viceroy, which has a more full leg). Also everything stretches differently ... some tons and some hardly at all.
More info about cuts/washes/fabrics for men, women & kids is available here.

| | | Mikayla you should definitely get some Harlans if you get another chance. They are some of my favorite jeans of all time and I'm sure they'd be fantastic on you! |

| | | hah definitely. last year (i went in oct/nov-ish...i was abroad during the spring sale) i had a post it note of desired styles, sizes and washes from HFers and was digging ruthlessly through boxes of men's jeans. and by the time i left i just walked home with my coat in my hand because i was so hot!

| | | i think each pair was $75, across the board -- pants, skirts etc. i remember signs being posted up but i think they were just identifying styles (ie, hefner is the bootcut, etc). they also had some tshirts, jean jackets, etc. that were priced differently. i think i remember tshirts being maybe $20 then.
an earnest cut & sew (the clothing...tops, etc.) expanded so hopefully this sale will be even better! i tried on hefners --- by the time i went all the deccas and harlans were gone, and only hefners and garbos were left, but i went a little late --- and the 24s were too big. just like pdc. sigh.
