I want to buy a pair and am wondering if I should get a 23 or 24.
Does anyone know how they run?

I tried on a pair. I would go for the smaller size, if I were you. I wear jeans that are a size or two too big all the time, but it was impossible for these, as the bigger sizes were ridiculously huge, and they gaped and slid right down. When I tried the 25 (often my usual size, in other brands), many inches of my low-rise underwear were showing (front and back), if you get the idea, and sadly, the store had run out of 24s.

Thanks bizzy!! When I searched Siwy online, some sites said they ran tts, but I knew I couldn't really believe what they said. I can order both a 24 and 23 at revolve, I'd better go with a 23 then. Thanks again for your help!!
