| | hi!
I'm completely new to denim, and after browsing through old entries on Antik Denims, I am still not completely sure mine (that I've bought very recently) are real. The curvature and sharp point of the back pockets match those of the authentic ones in the pics above. The tags much those deemed authentic in old Antik Denim auth. request posts. The stitching and spacing on the back pockets was what I am unsure of. Could I please have a second opinion from you or anyone else? eBay: NWT Mens Antik Denim Jeans Size 32 Dragon (item 180122801592 end time May-29-07 21:00:07 PDT)
Thanks in advance!!!

| | | ^^ You just won those and you shouldn't have to be stuck with fake jeans. Contact the seller and if they are uncoooperative, file a paypal claim for item not as described and get your money back! |

| | | So what you got them? You have to get them to file a dispute. Tell them you know they are fake and expect a full refund. I don't understand why you'd want to wear fakes and do nothing. The seller is committing a federal crime |

| | Hmmm, the seller (of the fake Antiks) received the jeans back on Monday(6/11), and his wife JUST happens to be in labor Tuesday (6/12). So his brother says he does not have access to a computer yet since his wife is in labor and his brother is house-sitting for him. The seller told his brother to tell me that he has every intention of refunding my money and will do it as soon as he is back home.
And I just replied to his brother that I wanted my money refunded immediately to complete the return transaction.
Does this sound fishy to anyone? What should I do if he tries to keep dragging out returning my money? He didn't open a dispute console for this return, although I had asked him to.
Also, he HAPPENS to have put up an auction for the SAME size jeans I had returned to him the SAME day he received them back from me. eBay: NWT Mens Antik Denim Jeans Size 32 Dragon (item 180129566372 end time Jun-16-07 10:00:19 PDT)
Since he has been selling counterfeit jeans, I can use this against him if I ever had to, right? I saved all my email conversations with him and I even tooks a few pics of the fake Antiks before I shipped them back.
Thanks for your replies/insight in advance!
