LaRok sizing

Hey everyone,
Does anyone here wear LaRok? (specifically, the pants.) I want to get a pair, but I'm unsure if a size 0 will fit me. (I usually find that size 0's are too big in general, so I was wondering if LaRok typically runs small, TTS, or larger.)
I wear size 23/24 in SFAM, 24 in COH, and 24 in TR. I wear the same size in stretch & rigid.
I would appreciate any help you could give me....thanks!!
