here are some pictures of authentic Antik
exterior tags, or hang tags.
many older tags and even some recent ones may not be exactly like these, but it is a good reference to have.
here is an up-close pic of the logo tag. you can see that this tag has two different qualities about it. the outer edge and the "antik denim " & "in jeans we trust" is almost a faux suede, kind of rubbery material.
the darker portion, inside the border looks to be almost cross-grained, like denim is. if you took silly putty and pressed it against your jeans, the imprint you get is what this portion of the tag is similar to.
the backside of the exterior logo tag is paper-like, similar to a thin cardboard.
here are a few pics of the smaller paper exterior tag. it is kind of distressed and worn, there are some deep wrinkles but no literal "folds" in it.
and a picture of how the tags might lay. the larger tag normally won't lay flat, but might in fact curl just a little bit. the paper tag does not normally lay exactly flat either, since it has been distressed a little.
