I was thinking the firebird was more of a fitted, less boyfriend-style jean. I can't do boyfriend jeans... they just don't look right on me, but that's what I got the first time, so I went back and got the daytonas just now, too.  Hope everything's ok with them! |

I bought a pair from them and then read about their BBB issues a while ago. I called them and called them, phone would only ring and ring...then a few times when I called someone would pick up and immediately hang up  so I took that as a bad sign, but a few days later my jeans showed up wrapped nicely and no problems 
I am not too bothered with any of it since I used my CC, I'd probably order some more just for the heck of it right now if there was something I wanted because I feel safe with my CC backing me up

^^ that tracking # they gave I think is more like an email reference #. Meaning for further correspondence use that # in reference to your emails. |

| | Just FYI for international buyers: I ordered from them once and chose the USPS Airmail option however the package was in fact shipped FedEx and they of course charged me crazy brokerage fees on top of customs.
I emailed them to complain about the false adevertising, but never got a reply

I've done a chargeback twice on my CC(not for chickdowntown), it will depend on who your CC is with, but I did the chargeback online, filled out a form then they sent me some paperwork (another form) and that was it Pretty darn easy for me to do a chargeback and I have a Mastercard Capital One and a Juniper
